Grant Publicity/Recognition
If a project is awarded, as stipulated in the grant contract, the awarded sponsor agrees to recognize funding from the NET on all published materials and news releases related to its NET funded project or activities. The NET may also require that personal property partially or wholly funded with grant dollars be identified by a decal or other means provided by the NET acknowledging the source of funding. Sponsor agrees to NET's disclosure of the Sponsor's name, project name and description.
